Helm e2e tests fail on installing chart dependencies.

Did an attempt to fix it but seems the recent refactor has some gaps.

How come the tests pass even though we get this failure:

I think the trap cleanup EXIT ERR in fluentd_helm_e2e.sh masks failures of commands
