Figure out which slow-checks to run in `periodic-validation.yml`

Currently, in the .workflow-patcher.yml, the slow-checks are deactivated in the periodic-validation.yml. It's anticipated that further tests will be added and that a selection of the current integration tests might be interesting to run.
