[Bug] ComfyUI splash screen hangs for ~2 minutes when TTS-Audio-Suite node is enabled

Describe the bug
When launching ComfyUI with the TTS-Audio-Suite node enabled, the splash screen remains visible for approximately 2 minutes before the UI loads.

Thanks for the report. I could not confirm from this log that TTS-Audio-Suite is the cause of the long splash delay itself, because in the startup timing ComfyUI reports this extension loading in about 1.3s in your earlier log, and the server starts before much of the later output.

However, I did find one real bug from your report: the background dependency checker could falsely report some installed packages as missing, including diffusers. The checker was relying too much on real imports instead of package/module presence detection, which can produce false warnings for heavier libraries. I fixed that in v4.24.4.

If you update and still get an unusually long splash delay, please post a fresh full startup log and, ideally, compare:

1. startup with only TTS-Audio-Suite enabled
2. startup with TTS-Audio-Suite disabled

That should make it clearer whether the delay is actually coming from this extension or from ComfyUI / another part of the environment.

Yes I did the A/B test and its the difference between day and night in term of loading time

I tested the debug branch on my side, and the backend timings look normal. The startup-related API calls are all finishing in a few milliseconds, so on my machine I am not seeing a backend bottleneck from TTS-Audio-Suite itself.

Could you please test this debug branch on your machine:

1. Restart ComfyUI
2. Open ComfyUI in the browser once
3. Wait until the page becomes usable
4. Send back:
   • the ComfyUI terminal log from startup until the page becomes usable
   • the browser console lines that contain ⏱️ [startup-debug]

Important question:

• does the slowdown happen on an empty graph too, or only after your workflow is restored/loaded?

That should tell us whether the delay is in:

• a frontend extension loading,
• a specific node UI being initialized,
• or something else in the environment.
