Add 'cargo' -> 'cargo_registry' to the azureArtifactsPackageManagerCredentialType map so that Azure Artifacts credentials are injected for Cargo package manager update jobs. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
