[Feature request] Release standalone compiled binary

**🚀 Feature Description**

Just like `whisperfile` please consider releasing precompiled binary so the user can do below without a hassle:

```
$ chmod +x ./tts

$ ./tts --input-text=/tmp/text.txt --lang=en --output=/tmp/output.wav
```
