Searching for a coqui tool, help please

Hello everyone, I’m looking for an xTTS tool that I can use universally on my desktop. I want to be able to highlight text, whether in a browser or, for example, in a PDF reader, and have it read aloud with good quality using a hotkey. Is there such a tool? I would appreciate any suggestions. I want to run it locally on my computer.
