What is use_language_weighted_sampler used for ?

Hi,

I want to understand the parameters used in my config.json and I could not find info on "use_language_weighted_sampler" which is False by default but set to true in the latest released model.

What is it all about and should it be set to True when transfer learning with a French small dataset ?
