email verification circular dependency

Actual Behavior

• circular dependencies around email verification and getting help with failed email verification
• crufty/incorrect documentation

Expected Behavior

I cannot verify my email. It just says the link is dead, even after resending several times. What's more infuriating is to seek help requires email verification...it's a circular dependency. Also, the documentation for resending the email is crufty as there is not "resend email" anywhere in the dashboard.
