docker.errors.APIError: 400 Client Error: Bad Request ("client version 1.35 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version")

when started on Docker version 29.1.3

"min-api-version": "1.35" in the Docker daemon configuration
