Do you guys have a suggestion for a phone input with material UI support?

We use this lib react-native-international-phone-number

I would use a specialized phone-input package and keep React Native Paper as the visual shell.

react-native-paper is great for Material inputs, but international phone input usually also needs country metadata, dialing code selection, formatting/masking, and validation.

So a practical setup is either:

• react-native-international-phone-number, or
• react-native-phone-number-input

and then wrap/style it so it matches your Paper theme. I have had better results doing that than trying to force Paper’s TextInput to solve country parsing itself.
