Describe usage of "VDI-Norm 2860"

I am trying v.1.4.0-alpha. I did create a "General Project". I created a new file "untitled.vc" using the "VC" type:

Is this the right type? http://www.bflow.org/ states "die Symbole der VDI-Norm 2860 (Handhabungsfunktionen) (Bild 3)", but links VDI, but not a tutorial how to model them.
