When I work a while (some hours) with your plugin, I get a colored (#807f80) window:
The only way to get the issue solved is to reload the window or restart Visual Studio Code (1.134.0), but then the chat is gone.
Context (who is affected and when)
The behavior is there since this (3.78.0) and the release before. (I'm a new user.)
Reproduction steps
I cannot reproduce by willing, it "appears".
Expected result
I'd like to have no colored extension window.
Actual result
The extension window is colored.
Variations tried (optional)
Restart: work, but chat is gone.
Strg-Shift-P: Reload Window: works, but chat is gone.
