:hammer: Encode Files in Binary

Overview

The ability to encode files in the program binary, like how you'd do using LemLib/hot-cold-asset

Motivation

LemLib/hot-cold-asset has to use some wizardry to achieve this functionality. This should be a feature of the programming environment (ZestCode)

Additional Information

This feature is commonly used to encode gifs, images, and path files generated by path.jerryio.com
