when i reach the end of the context window, i'm getting either one of there errors:

❯ /compact
⎿ Compaction failed · attached media exceeds size limits

or

Request too large (max 32MB). Double press esc to go back and try with a smaller file.

Steps to Reproduce / 复现步骤

1. reach the end of the context window (or manually invoke /compact)
2. 'Request too large (max 32MB).' error appears
