Dependency reports should be built at CI

It takes time to rebuild a project just to update reports when a dependency version changed.

Also, the build time we have locally is not that we have in the really deployed artifacts. It may bring some confusion too.

Let's find a way for producing version reports when a project is built at GitHub.
