Support running on a specified IP and port, possibly also support HTTPS

While the --share option is nice, it would be really nice if this server supported arguments like Stable Diffusion does...

Stable Diffusion supports these options through Gradio.

I've been able to do this by editing main.py and setting environment variables...

The ssl_verify=False, line is need if you are using a self signed or privately issued certificate, if you have a SSL certificate issued by a certificate authority you should be able to leave that out. Command line options or environment variables to enable SSL would still be nice though because even though this works it requires editing the Python code.
