Add support for arm devices for docker

There is no docker image for arm devices 

```docker run -d \
>     --name whisper-gui \
>     -v ./:/whisper-gui/outputs \
>     -p 7860:7860/tcp \
>     3x3cut0r/whisper-gui:latest

```
