CompViewer program does not run properly

Hello, I just downloaded the CompViewer program to my OC and, every time I run it I get the message
"Downloading the latest versions of required files
Please run the program again"

This message pops up every time I run it as well as after I turn auto-update to false in the program.

I solved this by adding to colorutils.lua:
bit32 = require("bit32")
and removing the internet card
