contribute.rst ends up as the destination for the "contributing" link in the Quick Links menu on the opencmiss.org documentation section. In this file there is simply a relative link to the actual contributors page, but as per OpenCMISS/website#60 that link doesn't work on the actual site.
Would make more sense to have that quick link menu item link directly to the contributors page.
