ClamAV third-party signatures rating not applied

The UI setting of Antivirus > Third-party signatures rating of Mail application are not enforced by clamav-unofficial-sigs runs.

Steps to reproduce

• Install and Configure a Mail application mail1
• Go to mail1 > Filter > Antivirus > Third-party signatures rating
• Select Low
• Save settings

Expected behavior

On the next DB update run (within one hour) the new LOW rating is applied.

Actual behavior

The MEDIUM rating is still applied.

[mail1@rl1 state]$ podman exec -ti clamav grep default_dbs_rating /etc/clamav-unofficial-sigs/user.conf
default_dbs_rating="MEDIUM"
