question: geometry fitter auto align dimmed option?

Hiya,

Using the geometry fitter, after creating groups for the data points, attempting the 'auto' align option, the tickbox for the groups defined is dimmed (see snap). Checked the log output to see why but nothing informative / useful in there. Is it possible to have log output indicate what is wrong so user can redo and attempt to use the groups defined? Otherwise, this requires substantial manual fiddling for alignment...

To do automatic alignment you need at least three groups or markers. This interface indicates only two. At this point only manual alignment is available to the user. Meanwhile - redid the point partition and defined three groups as listed in the scaffold annotations list, yet only 2 groups 'match'? there's no informative messaging I can see in the log relevant to this issue.

Yes that is correct, but this was an error and has now been fixed.

This seems more like a bug, if you have the inputs to help me re-create this then I will be able to better determine the source of this issue.
