[Feature]: Request: Support for Region Scope in Adverts

Hi,
since v1.15 it is possible to configure a default region in the repeater. See: https://blog.meshcore.io/2026/04/17/default-scope

I set this "region default" a few days ago in my new repeater because this setting was recommended by the local MeshCore Group. But I wondered all the time why I couldn't find my repeater in the MeshMapper Map. And in the Live Viz my repeater adverts didn't show up.
I compared with https://analyzer.letsmesh.net where the same observers are connected: My Adverts were shown.

I checked my settings and resetted the default region in my repeater: "region default "
After that my repeater adverts showed up in MeshMapper! Great!
So please implement the support for adverts with region scope. Thank you.

If letsmesh is getting the packets and we see it in our packet analyzer, but we are not tracking it as an avert I assume we need to fix our processing of adverts

I can confirm there is an issue with meshmapper not handling adverts with region scope correctly. #315 (comment)
