Website captcha is not passable.

Sorry for writing here! I don't know where to write elsewhere, because the bug reporting interface on the website is it self broken!

So, I wanted to contact the company by using the "Contact Us" page https://www.keychron.com/pages/contact-us , but the captcha there is impassable. After clicking "Send", I have to solve the first captcha, and then I am redirected to a different page with a second captcha, and this second captcha is broken, it always returns
