Machine identity auth doesn't fall back to .infisical.json for project id

Expected behavior: when project id isn't specified on the command line for machine identity auth, it reads project id from .infisical.json

Actual behavior: when project id isn't specified on the command line for machine identity auth, it gives an error Project ID is required when using machine identity
