Supress "Important: the Infisical CLI Linux package repository is moving off Cloudsmith" for homebrew users

https://infisical.com/docs/cli/cloudsmith-migration says clearly that homebrew users are not effected.

There's already homebrew detection in the cli, as it will prompt you to brew upgrade if it detects an older version.

Can we also have the same homebrew detection suppress the unactionable (for homebrew users) cloudsmith migration warning please.
