IDEX has measured a number of impacts where estimating the charge and mass is quite difficult. We need to add count, rate, and mapping fields that are mass/charge agnostic so that we can publish more useful data.
L2B files are configured to be created monthly (?) with daily rates and counts, we want to change this to sync these files with our current 10-day structure and have associated 10-day rates and counts as well: removing daily values.
