Don't Auto-Capitalize Custom Entries

Description

Some trademark names start with a lowercase letter like eBay or iOS. These shouldn't start with a capital letter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add New Job
2. Add "eBay" to Company
3. eBay gets capitalized to EBay in text below but saved correctly

Expected Behavior

I should be able to add "eBay"
