Gecode website: On the index page, the link to "Global Constraint Catalog" is dead

Describe the bug

This is about the website: https://www.gecode.org/

In the middle of the page you see

(it implements more than 70 constraints from the Global Constraint Catalog and many more on top)

The link leads to http://www.emn.fr/z-info/sdemasse/gccat/ which seems to be dead (i.e. you get redirected to the index page of www.emn.fr)

The "Global Constraint Catalog" (mind blown!) seems to be here now:

The website source is maintained separately. Draft PR Gecode/gecode.github.io#6 replaces the dead EMN address with the current HTTPS catalog URL; this issue will close when that PR is merged.
