Strange error when trying to enable the plugin.

Issue

When I try to enable the plug in, Blender gives an error instead. Not really sure what to do here.

Steps to Reproduce

Installed the software from zip file, tried enabling it, then it gave me a strange error:

System Setup (Environment)

Windows 11 Pro - 23H2
Intel i7 4790 - AMD RX 580 Gaming X 8 GB - AMD ADRENILINE VERSION 24.3.1
Blender 4.2.1 LTS
N/A Havent gotten the thing to work

Same error here, but I tried installing 2.90, 3.6, 4.0 and 4.1. Same for all versions.
From what it seems, 3.6.10 is behaving like this with RX 5xx series.
