I rewrote the doc base on the original one. Would you review the doc?

I separated installation in another doc since ClojureBridge does the for Quil app. Also, there may be time shortage to go over all doc.
Also, I moved doseq related to main curriculum (on the way to be merged, currently, http://yokolet.github.io/curriculum.v2/index.html#/1) since Turtles app uses doseq, too.

Fantastic! I really love what you've done to it. The only thing I would add is the note that says "If you didn't hear anything, try adjusting the volume" up to the first after playing the (twinkle) song.

I moved that caution to the right after file was evaluated, the point people should listen to the music.
