Hang on GA-586AM

I have Gigabyte GA-586AM with BIOS SEP 25, 1995 REV.A. Both AMIKEY and JETKEY hang the keyboard controller with the following output:

AMIKey detected: H
(((
Write Controller Command Byte command stuck

C:\PROBE\AMIKEY>_

JETKEY doesn't show the third line but regardless, I can't do anything including Ctrl-Alt-Del. The files are made (amikey.zip) though.
